Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets forth the rules and standards of conduct for all users of the ZT Nation platform (the "Platform"), including contractors, customers, and any other individuals or entities who access or use the Platform. ZT Nation, LLC ("ZT Nation," "we," "us," or "our") is a technology platform and referral business that connects homeowners with independent, licensed, and insured home service contractors. This AUP exists to protect the integrity of the Platform, the safety of all users, and the quality of the home service experience.

2. General Conduct Standards

All users of the Platform must:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and throughout their use of the Platform
• Maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials and not share login information with unauthorized parties
• Treat all other users, ZT Nation staff, and AI systems with respect and professionalism
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations
• Use the Platform only for its intended purpose — connecting homeowners with qualified home service contractors

3. Prohibited Activities — All Users

The following activities are strictly prohibited for all Platform users:

3.1 Fraud and Misrepresentation

• Providing false identity information, fake credentials, or fraudulent documentation
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent Platform restrictions or manipulate the system
• Misrepresenting qualifications, licensing status, insurance coverage, or business credentials
• Submitting fake reviews, ratings, or testimonials
• Manipulating the AI estimation system or bidding process through deceptive inputs

3.2 Harassment and Discrimination

• Harassing, threatening, intimidating, or bullying any user, contractor, customer, or ZT Nation representative
• Discriminating against any person based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other protected characteristic
• Using hate speech, slurs, or derogatory language in any communication on or through the Platform

3.3 System Abuse

• Attempting to access, probe, or test the vulnerability of the Platform or any associated system without authorization
• Introducing viruses, malware, trojans, or other malicious code into the Platform
• Scraping, crawling, or using automated tools to extract data from the Platform without written permission
• Interfering with or disrupting the Platform's servers, networks, or infrastructure
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the Platform's software
• Attempting to manipulate, deceive, or exploit ZT Nation's AI systems, chatbots, or automated processes

3.4 Illegal Activities

• Using the Platform to facilitate any illegal activity, including but not limited to money laundering, tax evasion, or unlicensed contracting
• Performing or soliciting work that violates local building codes, permits, or safety regulations
• Operating without required state or local licenses, permits, or insurance

3.5 Spam and Unsolicited Communications

• Sending unsolicited commercial messages, advertisements, or promotional materials through the Platform
• Using contact information obtained through the Platform for purposes unrelated to the service engagement
• Soliciting users to leave the Platform to complete transactions outside of ZT Nation's system

4. Additional Contractor Obligations

Contractors using the Platform must additionally:

• Maintain all required state and local licenses, permits, and insurance coverage at all times while active on the Platform
• Promptly update the Platform with any changes to licensing, insurance, or business status
• Perform all work in a professional, workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards
• Arrive at scheduled appointments on time or provide reasonable advance notice of delays
• Not subcontract work to unlicensed, uninsured, or non-Platform-vetted individuals without proper disclosure (see Subcontractor Disclosure Policy)
• Not solicit customers obtained through the Platform to bypass ZT Nation for future work in violation of the Independent Contractor Referral Agreement
• Comply with the Contractor Code of Conduct

5. Additional Customer Obligations

Customers using the Platform must additionally:

• Provide accurate property information and project descriptions to enable proper contractor matching and estimation
• Ensure safe and reasonable access to the work site for contractors
• Pay contractors directly and promptly for completed work as agreed
• Not request contractors to perform work outside the scope of the original agreement without mutual consent
• Report legitimate concerns about contractor performance through the Platform's review and dispute resolution systems rather than through threats or intimidation

6. AI System Usage Rules

ZT Nation uses artificial intelligence systems throughout the Platform, including chatbots, estimation engines, contractor matching algorithms, and content generation tools. When interacting with these systems, you must not:

• Attempt to manipulate AI systems into providing false estimates, bypassing compliance checks, or generating prohibited content
• Use prompt injection, jailbreaking, or similar techniques to override AI system instructions or safety guardrails
• Provide intentionally misleading inputs to AI systems to obtain inaccurate outputs
• Represent AI-generated content as human-generated or vice versa in contexts where the distinction matters

All AI-generated content on the Platform is clearly identified as AI-generated in accordance with our AI Transparency Disclosure.

7. Content Standards

Any content you submit, upload, or transmit through the Platform (including reviews, photos, messages, and project descriptions) must not:

• Contain false, misleading, or defamatory statements
• Infringe on any third party's intellectual property rights (see IP & DMCA Policy)
• Contain obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit material
• Promote violence, illegal activities, or dangerous behavior
• Contain personal information of third parties without their consent
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

8. Enforcement and Consequences

ZT Nation reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of this AUP. Depending on the severity and nature of the violation, consequences may include:

• Warning: A written notice of the violation with instructions for corrective action
• Temporary Suspension: Temporary restriction of Platform access pending investigation or corrective action
• Permanent Deplatforming: Permanent removal from the Platform in accordance with our deplatforming protocol (Compliance Constraint C48)
• Legal Action: Referral to law enforcement or initiation of civil legal proceedings where appropriate

ZT Nation will use reasonable judgment in enforcement and will consider the severity, frequency, and intent of violations. First-time minor violations will generally receive a warning before more severe consequences are imposed, except in cases involving safety, fraud, or illegal activity.

9. Reporting Violations

If you believe any user has violated this AUP, please report the violation to us immediately:

• In-Platform: Use the report function available on user profiles, reviews, and messages

All reports are reviewed by our compliance team. We take reports seriously and will investigate promptly. Retaliation against any user who reports a violation in good faith is itself a violation of this AUP.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or Platform features. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or via email. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated AUP.

11. Relationship to Other Policies

This AUP is incorporated by reference into and supplements our Terms of Service, Independent Contractor Referral Agreement, Client Service Agreement, and Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict between this AUP and any other ZT Nation policy, the more restrictive provision shall apply.
