Platform Disclaimer

1. Nature of the Platform

ZT Nation LLC ("ZT Nation," "we," "us," or "our") operates an AI-powered technology platform (the "Platform") that connects customers seeking home services with independent, licensed contractors ("Service Providers") in their local area. The Platform is a referral and matching service — not a home services company, general contractor, or construction firm.

The relationship between ZT Nation and Service Providers is that of an independent referral platform and independent businesses. The relationship between ZT Nation and customers is that of a technology service provider and user. ZT Nation is not a party to any agreement between a customer and a Service Provider for the performance of home services.

2. No Warranty on Services

ZT NATION DOES NOT WARRANT, GUARANTEE, OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATION REGARDING:

• The quality, safety, or legality of any work performed by Service Providers
• The accuracy, completeness, or currency of Service Provider credentials, licenses, or insurance
• The timeliness or completion of any work by Service Providers
• The fitness of any Service Provider for a particular job or purpose
• The accuracy of AI-generated price estimates, recommendations, or other content
• The outcome of any interaction between customers and Service Providers
• The solvency, reliability, or trustworthiness of any Service Provider

3. AI-Generated Content

The Platform uses artificial intelligence ("AI") to generate estimated price ranges, chatbot responses, contractor recommendations, and other content. All AI-generated content is provided for informational and convenience purposes only. AI systems may produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information.

AI-generated price estimates are not binding quotes, offers, or guarantees of price. The final price for any service is determined solely by the Service Provider and the customer. Always obtain a written quote directly from the Service Provider before authorizing any work.

ZT Nation does not guarantee the accuracy of any AI-generated content and assumes no liability for decisions made based on AI-generated information.

4. Compliance Verification

ZT Nation uses technology to verify Service Provider credentials, including licenses, insurance, and bonding status. This verification is performed using publicly available databases, self-reported information from Service Providers, and third-party verification services.

Compliance verification is a technology service provided as a convenience. It does not constitute a guarantee, endorsement, or certification of any Service Provider. Verification results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Customers are strongly encouraged to independently verify any Service Provider's credentials, references, and qualifications before authorizing work.

5. Independent Contractor Status

All Service Providers on the Platform are independent contractors operating their own businesses. They are not employees, agents, partners, joint venturers, or subcontractors of ZT Nation. ZT Nation does not:

• Control the manner, method, or means by which Service Providers perform their work
• Set work schedules or require specific tools, equipment, or materials
• Provide training on how to perform construction or home improvement work
• Require exclusivity — Service Providers are free to work with other platforms and customers
• Provide employee benefits, workers' compensation, or unemployment insurance

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ZT NATION, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, COMPENSATORY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO:

• Any work performed or not performed by a Service Provider
• Any dispute between a customer and a Service Provider
• Property damage, personal injury, or death resulting from work performed by a Service Provider
• Any inaccuracy in AI-generated content, including price estimates and recommendations
• Any failure of a Service Provider to complete work, meet deadlines, or perform to expectations
• Any inaccuracy in compliance verification results
• Any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunity
• Any criminal, tortious, or negligent actions or omissions of Service Providers or other third parties
• Any unauthorized access to or use of personal information
• Any interruption or cessation of Platform services

IN NO EVENT SHALL ZT NATION'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE PLATFORM EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT OF FEES PAID BY OR TO YOU THROUGH THE PLATFORM IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM; OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

7. Assumption of Risk

By using the Platform to connect with Service Providers, you acknowledge and assume the inherent risks associated with hiring independent contractors for home services, including but not limited to: property damage, personal injury, substandard workmanship, delays, cost overruns, and disputes. You agree that ZT Nation is not responsible for these risks and that your sole recourse for any issues with work performed is against the Service Provider directly.

8. No Professional Advice

Nothing on the Platform constitutes legal, financial, construction, engineering, architectural, or other professional advice. The Platform provides technology-based matching and informational services only. For professional advice, consult a qualified professional in the relevant field.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZT Nation, its officers, directors, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, your interactions with Service Providers, or your violation of any applicable law or these terms.

10. Governing Law
